• Adult content — including any content intended exclusively for adult audiences that is sexual, pornographic, or otherwise explicit in nature
• Face-swap, deepfake, and face-manipulation tools and services — including any technology that replaces, superimposes, or manipulates faces in images or videos, whether AI-generated or otherwise
• Content that sexualizes minors or depicts anyone under the age of 18 in a sexualized manner, including AI-generated or simulated depictions
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated content depicting real individuals without their explicit consent
• Content that promotes, depicts, or encourages sexual violence, exploitation, or trafficking
• Gallery or showcase content featuring suggestive, borderline, or sexually provocative material

Additionally, you may not use our services to market, promote, or advertise content generation capabilities using terms such as "uncensored", "no filter", "NSFW", "18+", or "unfiltered generation".

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether any content violates this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, removal of content, and forfeiture of any credits or subscription benefits without refund. We may also report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

1. Pricing and Subscriptions

We offer various service plans, each with different features and pricing. Subscription prices and terms are clearly listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but will provide advance notice to existing subscribers.
